What to Expect During the Admissions Process at G.A.D. School

Considering G.A.D. School for your child’s education? We’re excited to guide you through our admissions process, designed to be smooth, transparent, and supportive from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect every step of the way.

📝 Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Start by completing our Admissions Inquiry Form on the website. This gives our team a chance to understand your interest and initiate a personalized follow-up.

👀 Step 2: Campus Tour

Once your inquiry is received, a member of our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule a school tour. This is your opportunity to explore the campus, meet staff, and ask questions.

📄 Step 3: Application & Required Documents

After the tour, families interested in proceeding will receive the Admissions Application Form. You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Student birth certificate or passport

  • Most recent report card (if applicable)

  • Immunization records

  • Proof of address

  • Parent ID

  • Additional documents based on grade level or support needs

🧠 Step 4: Student Assessment

To ensure placement is appropriate, applicants may be scheduled for a grade-level assessment or interview. This helps us understand your child’s academic strengths and support areas.

✅ Step 5: Admission Decision & Registration

Once assessments and documentation are complete, families will be notified of acceptance. If accepted, you will receive next steps to complete registration, including fee payments and welcome package.
