G.A.D. School – Tuition Fee & Donation Policy
G.A.D. School is committed to keeping tuition and donations affordable while providing quality education. All tuition obligations for the current school year must be paid in full to ensure registration for the following year.
Tuition Policy Objectives
- To make school education accessible and affordable for families who value it for their children
- To generate necessary funds to improve programs and services
- To offer parents flexible methods of paying tuition and donations
Registration Fees
New Student Registration Fee: $350.00 per student (non-refundable, due with application to secure placement)
Re-Registration Fee for Returning Students:
- 1st Child: $200
- 2nd Child: $175
- 3rd Child: $150
Enrollment Deposit (New Students)
Effective March 31, 2026, all new students are required to pay a refundable enrollment deposit at the time of registration.
- 1st Child: $4,000
- 2nd Child: $3,000
- 3rd Child (and additional siblings): $2,500
The deposit is refunded at the end of the school year if the student withdraws during the first year, or upon withdrawal in a later year, subject to any outstanding fees.
Tuition Fee Discounts
Families with more than one child enrolled at G.A.D. School may receive a discount for each additional child, after full tuition is paid for the first child.
Financial Assistance
We understand that every family’s situation is unique. Financial assistance may be available to support families in need. Please contact the school office to learn more about available options.
Fee Structure for 2026–2027 (KG to Grade 7)
- Registration Fee (new student): $350.00
- Tuition Fee: $375.00 per month
- Resources, Technology & Agenda: $170.00 per year
- AR Program: $60.00 per year ($6/month, Grades 3–7 only)
Bus Service:
- $175 round trip ($90 one way)
- 2nd Child: $150 ($75 one way)
- 3rd Child: $140 ($65 one way)
Fee Structure for 2026–2027 (Grades 8 and Above)
- Registration Fee (new student): $350.00
- Tuition Fee: $475.00 per month
- Resources, Technology & Agenda: $195.00 per year
- Science Fee: $50.00 per year
Note: A $2.00 fee will be added to each payment made by credit card.
Refunds
All fees are non-refundable. Tuition is an annual obligation.
If a child is withdrawn, registration, tuition, and annual charges will not be refunded.
Tuition/Donation Payment Schedule
Tuition/Donation is due on or before the 10th of every month.
If payment will be late, parents must notify the school office in advance.
Late Payment Procedures:
- A late fee of $25.00 will be added to the tuition balance
- An additional $25.00 fee will be added each month until the account is current
- If past due for 60 days, the parent will receive written notice requiring immediate payment
Note: Late fee waivers will not be granted.
Returned Cheques: $25.00 service charge plus late fee, unless payment is received within the stipulated time.
Resources & Technology Fees
- KG – Grade 7: $170
- Grade 8 and above: $195
These fees are due at the time of registration/re-registration.
Parents are responsible for purchasing school supplies specific to their child’s grade level. Supply lists are sent home before the school year and posted on the website.
Tuition/Donation & Charitable Donations

Charitable donation receipts for the portion of tuition related to religious instruction will be issued each February for the prior calendar year. The receiptable portion may vary from year to year.
Payment Options
Option A: One Annual Payment
- Parents who pay the full annual tuition/donation by the due date will receive a 5% discount
- Accepted payment methods: cheque, cash, Visa, MasterCard
Option B: Monthly Payments
- Post-dated cheques for ten equal monthly payments or pre-authorized credit card
- All outstanding balances, including May and June tuition, must be paid by April 30
