Admissions – Now Accepting Applications for 2026-2027 (Preschool to Grade 11)

At G.A.D. School, we provide a well-rounded K-11 educational experience where students grow academically, socially, and culturally in a caring and supportive environment. Our students are encouraged to achieve their personal best in academics, athletics, the arts, and leadership.

Admissions Open for Preschool to Grade 11

For students applying to Grades 1 through 11, a Math and English placement assessment is required as part of the admissions process.

How to Apply

We’ve designed our admissions process to be easy and straightforward. Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Initial Inquiry – Start with the Online Form

✅ Begin by completing the Admissions Inquiry Form available on our school website.

You’ll be asked to provide some basic information about your child. Once submitted, our Admissions team will review your request and contact you regarding classroom availability and next steps.

Step 2: Complete the Application Form

  • Kindergarten applications are now closed and currently under review for School Year 2026-27.

  • Grade 1 - 11 returning students please check your email or contact Office to register.

  • New Students applying for Grades 1 - 11 please fill in the admissions inquiry form and staff will contact you with further instructions.

Step 3: Submit the Registration Fee

A non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee is required with each application. Once your child’s application has been reviewed by the Administration, the G.A.D. School office will contact you with payment instructions.

  • New Student Registration Fee: $350.00 per student (non-refundable, due with application to secure placement).

  • Re-Registration Fee for Returning Students:

    • 1st Child: $200

    • 2nd Child: $175

    • 3rd Child: $150

Payment Options:

  • Cheque, Credit / Debit (preferred)

  • Cash

Step 3: Provide the Following Supporting Documents

  • Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate

  • Copy of your child’s Medical Card (Care Card)

  • Immunization Record (Kindergarten applicants only)

  • Citizenship, PR Card, or Immigration Documents of parent(s)

  • Proof of Address (e.g., driver’s license or utility bill)
