  • Ability to foster and maintain a safe, positive learning environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and co-plan instructional activities

  • Competence in student-led, inquiry-based instructional practices

  • Understanding of and ability to apply BC Performance Standards

  • Adaptability in modifying curriculum to support diverse learner needs

  • Skill in recognizing individual learning styles and applying appropriate interventions

  • Proficiency in educational technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and Google Workspace

  • Previous teaching experience is an asset — new graduates are welcome to apply!
