Applicants for all postings must have either a B.C. Certificate of Qualification in good standing — Professional, Basic, or Conditional — or an Independent School Teaching Certificate. All other applicants will not be considered.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents
• Team player who participates in team building, planning, and instructional improvement
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate effective classroom instruction
• Experience with student-led, inquiry-based learning
• Ability to assess student achievement using a variety of methods
• Understanding of the B.C. Performance Standards
• Ability to adapt curriculum to meet individual student needs
• Ability to recognize student needs and provide appropriate strategies and interventions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Google Workspace, and classroom technology
• Previous teaching experience is an asset; new graduates are welcome
