On Friday, February 9th we had 3 Crows Productions through Art Starts visit our school for an interactive story telling of How the Raven Stole the Sun. The students absolutely loved the performance, which was completely interactive. A few of our senior students were really good sports and volunteered to help make the story telling more animated, which takes a lot of bravery. It was nice to see  students so engaged and interested; Dallas Yellowfly is a wonderful and animated story teller. It was a great opportunity for the students to learn more about our local First Nations, their heritage, and knowledge. Thank you to 3 Crows Productions for coming, Art Starts and FISA for helping to sponsor such a cool event, supporting student learning as well as local artists.
