This Friday, April 28th our students participated in our Regional Heritage Fair. Heritage Fair is an opportunity for students to showcase their knowledge of Canadian topics, history, and First Nations. We had a few students represent us in this competition and really cleaned up. Out of 28 students who attended, 20 of them won awards. We also were the only school to have representatives win a seat at the Heritage Fair Provincial competition in July in Prince George, B.C. Though not every student won a prize they all worked very hard and did exccellent work. Congrats to all of our winners!
Provincial Winners are: Mannat Verma grade 7, Gurmannat Bhungu grade 8, and Maihr Kalsi grade 9.
