This past week, our 6th & 7th grade boys and girls teams traveled to Khalsa School OYR for a series of basketball games against their basketball teams. We had a lot of excited and nervous players in the lead up to the game with this being many of our players’ first ever competitive basketball game played. The basketball game was played hard by all the boys and girls which included many bright moments, like some individuals scoring their very first points, and some amazing 3 pointers! Although the games didn’t end in our favor, we came away with a positive learning experience that we can build upon for our future competitions. We look forward to competing against Khalsa School OYR again in the future.
